In Konya, Turkey, an extensive and engaged participatory process led to the development of a dynamic simulation model. This model aims to investigate the cause-and-effect relationships of key variables within the socio-economic system over time and analyse their response to potential agricultural and groundwater-related policies and environmental scenarios.
A user-friendly interface was built to convey the final results of the analysis to the general public in an accessible, simple and easy-to-understand approach.
